1. Dear God ..... I am a sinner!
2. I have sinned against You and your Holy Word.
3. I am sorry for my sins and I want to be forgiven.
4. I believe Jesus is your beloved Son,
5. And I now ask Jesus to come into my heart!
6. Please secure me with your Holy Spirit.
7. Help me to live for You each day,
8. By loving You and by loving your people.
9. And when my life is finally over,
10. Please take me to your glorious Heaven.
11. I pray this in the name of Jesus,
12. In the power of His Blood that He shed for me.
